Prices:

  • Monthly offer*: 250 CHF/month
  • 6 months package (16% cheaper): 1260 CHF
  • Additional 1 to 1 in person coaching available: 75 CHF/h (driving billed separately at 0.50 CHF/km)

 

What's included:

  • Initial athlete assessment
  • Training plan tailored to your needs and life: it includes swim, bike, run and strength sessions.
    We will work with TrainingPeaks (Premium account included)
  • We'll meet once a month to re-assess your level of training and adapt it where need it. Coffee included
  • Communication is key, we're a team: WhatsApp chat available at any time, video call once or twice a week if needed
  • Training data analysis and feedback
  • Gear and equipment: I can help with questions and recommendations, or point you in the right direction
  • Race planning, tapering and more: we will practice transitions as well, often "the forgotten discipline"
  • Nutrition basics: fuelling is also often overlooked, but without it… there's no finish line. Let's look into that too!

 

 

We often think that signing up for a race and/or hiring a coach is expensive... until you realize what's needed in order to take part in a Triathlon.

 

What will you need?

  • Sports watch: there are plenty of different models for pretty much all budgets
  • Wetsuit
  • Access to swimming pool and in late spring open water
  • Road bike (plus gear: helmet, clothes, shoes, repair kit, etc)
  • Indoor bike trainer helps big time in Winter and we can work with Zwift
  • Running shoes
  • Nutrition: gels, sodium, protein shakes, etc.
  • And some other stuff, but these are the main important pieces of equipment.
